Dr. Dennis Garrett is an associate professor of marketing in the College of Business Administration. He is on the board of directors of the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau and has been a customer satisfaction and marketing strategy consultant for S.C. Johnson and Co., We Energies, and Marshall & Ilsley Trust Co.
Garrett shared proven strategies for building customer satisfaction and retention, including ways customers talk about their buying experiences and the three things customers want in return for their business.
