Certificate Requirements

To earn the Certificate in Dispute Resolution, a student must complete 15 graduate credit hours. Four 3-credit academic/classroom courses offer concentrated exposure to dispute resolution theory and practice. A 3-credit practicum in dispute resolution allows advanced students opportunities to mediate disputes in a variety of settings with the guidance of an experienced faculty mediator.

With appropriate approvals, credits earned in the Graduate Program in Dispute Resolution may be applied to Marquette University's master's degrees in:
