Rochester Catholic Schools (RCS) has an opening for a Director of Schools to serve as the faith, educational and operations leader of the school system. This position will report directly to the RCS Board of Trustees.
The RCS system is comprised of five schools serving 1,800 students from Preschool to grade 12. The Director of Schools will lead, manage and evaluate all RCS operations to ensure that educational, technology and support systems are integrated and advance the Catholic identity, educational excellence, continuous improvement and operational effectiveness of the school system.
The Director of Schools will supervise school principals and have oversight responsibilities for budget development, curriculum and instruction, staff development, human resources, and strategic planning activities. Minimum qualifications include a Masters Degree with experience in school administration. Applicant must be an active practicing Catholic.
