7Cs Clinic Receives Emory T. Clark Foundation Gift

The School of Education is pleased to announce that the 7Cs Clinic has received a $25,000 gift from the Emory T. Clark Family Charitable Foundation.

This funding will be used toward the purchase of new neuropsychological testing tools and updated computer systems for use within the Clinic.

The 7Cs Community Counseling Clinic is a partnership between Marquette University and the Guest House of Milwaukee, Inc., a shelter for homeless men.  The 7Cs Clinic provides comprehensive addiction-mental health treatment at no cost to clients who face difficult circumstances such as homelessness, joblessness, co-existing psychiatric disorders, and family disturbance.   In addition, graduate students receive authentic clinical training and best practices research is conducted.
