Recent Graduate Student Accomplishments

Nicole H. Gahagan, Bridgette Behling and Rebecca Hill, students in the College Student Personnel program, presented "Students with Asperger’s Syndrome in Postsecondary Education:  A Review of Transition, Accommodations, and Practical Initiatives to Increase Student Success" at the American College Personnel Association (ACPA) March 18-22 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Nicole H. Gahagan was also chosen as a panelist for the Next Generation Conference, an auxiliary program of the ACPA conference, which gave her the opportunity to speak with upcoming graduate students and professionals in the field of college student personnel. 

Gloria A. Kalbfleisch, a doctoral candidate in Educational Policy and Leadership, was invited to attend and present at the Oxford Round Table, St. Anne's College in the University of Oxford, United Kingdom the week of August 6-August 11, 2006. Presentation topic:  A Perspective:  Organizational and Procedural Norms and the Authority of the Magisterium in the Catholic Church.”

 

Gloria A. Kalbfleisch also recently accepted an invitation from the President of the National Catholic Education Association, Washington, D.C. (NCEA) to serve on a committee to work on the seven critical goals of the strategic plan for 2005-2010, “With Courage and Commitment:  A Strategic Vision.”
