Kimberly Leannais, a master’s student in Educational Policy and Leadership, earned the teaching profession’s top credential by achieving National Board Certification in 2006, according to the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS). Leannais teaches Biology at Hamilton High School, Sussex, WI. She has been a teacher for 5 years and holds degrees in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Physical Science. Leannais is one of more than 7,700 teachers nationwide who achieved National Board Certification this year.
