Alumnus Appointed Special Advisor to Marquette University President

Dr. Jeff Snell, a School of Education alumnus, was recently appointed Special Advisor to the President of Marquette University. Jeff will now serve as a key member of the university’s leadership team as Marquette moves forward with its next fundraising campaign.  During his new appointment, he will lead trustee recruitment and engagement, driving strategic decision making, framing university priorities and informing campaign priorities. Jeff will also serve as liaison between academic units and external units for the purpose of convening discussion around issues of campaign messages, priorities, and strategies. His duties will include supporting the external relations efforts of the university as strategic issues and opportunities emerge.

Jeff received his Ph. D. in 1996, and was the recipient of the Educational Policy and Leadership Alumni Achievement Award for 2007.
