The Engineering Leadership Academy

A summer residential opportunity for High School students

Marquette University is proud to offer The Engineering Leadership Academy and Heels!  Hands-on Engineering Experiences for Lady Leaders of STEM  for students entering their junior or senior year of high school.  Students interested in learning about engineering will spend a week at Marquette University exploring engineering disciplines while interacting with faculty from the mechanical, environmental, computer, civil, electrical, construction, and biomedical engineering departments.  Participants will work in state-of-the-art laboratories, view demonstrations, use science and math skills, and partake in many hands-on activities. While on campus, students will stay in one of the residence halls, eat meals in a residence hall cafeteria, and get to experience a week in the life of a Marquette engineering student. Evening activities are planned to give students the opportunity to experience all the fun available at Marquette and in Milwaukee during the summer!

Space is limited - Students will be selected based on the quality of their applications.
