Student Support Requests
This form is for submitting a request for financial and shop support to the DLC. The work request is reviewed and will be accepted, rejected or a request for modification made.
Provide a list of items that the requested financial support will purchase. All purchases that are supported by the DLC become the property of the DLC. Any projects constructed with DLC money becomes the property of the DLC.
Application Form for Shop Use and/or Financial Support
The form is REQUIRED for all financial support requested of the DLC.
This application is a contract for use of the Discovery Learning Center shop to complete educationally related work.
Prior to use of the DLC, all students associated with an approved project must receive general shop safety training. Additional training on power equipment may be required to carry out the project. Plan accordingly.
