College of Engineering Conference Room Facilities

There are several different types of conference rooms available for student use in the College of Engineering. You may reserve these rooms for master's thesis and doctoral dissertation defense and practice, student organization meetings, and group study and tutoring.

Please contact the appropriate department for reservation of general conference rooms.

General conference rooms available:

• Haggerty Room 112 - General Classroom
• Haggerty Room 232 - Mechanical Engineering
• Haggerty Room 268a - Civil Engineering
• Haggerty Room 287 - Electrical Engineering
• Olin Engineering Room 338d - Biomedical Engineering
• Olin Engineering Room 546 - Electrical Engineering

Olin 204 is a senior design conference room with 3 computers, a scanner, and a simple video editing system. Priority is given to senior design students. Students must reserve the room through their advisor.

Olin Engineering Room 204A is a 20 seat conference room providing a Tele/Video conferencing unit, computer, and data projection system. Permission to use the facility must be pre-approved through the College Office (288-6720); the Department offices can also reserve this facilty.
