Student organization events
The university is pleased to offer its facilities and event planning services to all Marquette-recognized student organizations. A program qualifies as a student organization event when the space is reserved by a member of that organization and the group is actively involved in the planning of the event.
University department events
A program qualifies as a university department event when the space is reserved by a Marquette department, the department is actively involved in the planning of the event and the program is charged to a university account.
Non-university events
Those hosting programs, conferences, wedding receptions or other events that have been invited to use campus facilities that are not hosted by other university departments or student organizations are considered non-university-sponsored events. Please call the Event Management Office at (414) 288-5684 or stop by room 245 in the AMU to request a space reservation.
