Marquette's accounting majors go on to work as auditors, financial analysts and consultants, tax professionals and financial managers. About 35 percent of our accounting graduates go directly to graduate programs in accounting, business and law.
Job prospects for accountants and auditors are expected to grow at a much faster rate than other occupations, an estimated 22 percent by 2018, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
