Air Force Dental Health Professions Scholarship

Open to students who are pursuing a career in dentistry leading to a DDS degree who have been accepted into an accredited dental college. Must be a U.S. citizen of good moral character and of good health. Students will incur a service commitment upon graduation. Qualifications and service commitments vary according to program. There are one-, two-, three- and four-year scholarships available. Pays for all tuition, books, and associated fees plus a $1,279 per month stipend for the length of the program. Horace Wells Club Scholarship

Open to students from the state of Connecticut who plan to obtain a dental degree. Must be enrolled and in good academic standing. Must also demonstrate financial need and a commitment to providing care to the underserved. See Scholarship Office or Dental School for application materials.
National Health Service Scholarships

The NHSC offers a competitive scholarship program designed for students committed to providing primary health care in communities of greatest need. Scholarship recipients serve where they are most needed upon completion of their training. To be eligible, you must be a U.S. citizen enrolled, or accepted for enrollment, in a fully accredited Family nurse practitioner program (master’s degree in nursing, post-master's or post-baccalaureate certificate), nurse-midwifery program (master's degree in nursing, post-master's or post-baccalaureate certificate), physician assistant program (certificate, associate, baccalaureate, or master's program), or Dental school.
