Federal Grad PLUS Loan Electronic Master
Promissory Note
Do not attempt to complete an eMPN before you
have been notified by the Office of Student Financial Aid that
an eMPN is available.
Before filling out the eMPN at the Direct Loan Promissory Note Web site, you will need to collect some basic information in advance
If you have received instruction from Marquette to sign the electronic Master Promissory Note:
The electronic MPN (eMPN) for the Federal Grad PLUS Loan
is a promissory note signed over the Web. eMPN can be used to
make one or more loans for one or more academic years (up to 10
years).
Please read the Federal Grad PLUS eMPN carefully. The terms and conditions are different than the Federal Stafford Loans.
You must complete the eMPN all in one sitting — you cannot
save your work and return to complete it at a later time. The
worksheet can help you do this.
Please keep the worksheet for your records. Do not send the worksheet
to Marquette University.
