National Science and Mathematics Access to Retain Talent Grant (SMART)

Eligibility Criteria

1. U.S. Citizen
2. Be a third or fourth year undergraduate student
3. Enrolled Full Time
4. Pell Grant Recipient
5. 3.0 cumulative G.P.A.
6. Enrolled in an eligible program of study (Computer Science, Engineering, Critical Foreign Languages, Life Sciences, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Technology or Multidisciplinary Studies.)

Renewal Process

Third year students can renew for an additonal year, as long as they continue to meet the eligibility criteria

Amounts & Selection Process

Up to $4000 (depending on federal funding).   Marquette will identify possible recipients and confirm eligibility criteria prior to awarding Grant.
