Wisconsin Tuition Grant (WTG)
Eligibility Criteria
- Resident of Wisconsin determined by Higher Educational Aids
Board (HEAB)
- Undergraduate
- Must not possess a bachelor's degree
- Must be certified as eligible by HEAB
- Enrolled at least half-time
- Must be making satisfactory progress
- Must demonstrate financial need based on state formula
Amounts & Selection Process
Awards range from $250-$2,900 per academic year. The State of Wisconsin
funds the program, selects eligible students and determines the amount
of each student's grant.
Application Process
- File the Free Application for Federal
Student Aid (FAFSA).
Renewal Process
Award is renewed only if students continue to meet eligibility requirements
and funds are available at the time that the application is complete.
WTG can be received for a maximum of 10 terms.
