Service Units

Assistance can be requested from any of our service units by calling our service center at 8-7043, Monday through Friday between 7: 30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Emergency assistance can be requested at all other times by calling Public Safety at 8-6800.

  For information on cleaning, trash pickups, recycling and other housekeeping services.

• General Building Maintenance Services
  For information on carpentry, plumbing, painting, building repair, cabinetry services, signs, locks and keys.

• Building Systems Maintenance
  For information on electrical systems, lighting, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and cabling systems.

• Grounds and Trucking
  For information on grounds maintenance, snow removal, moving services, vehicle servicing, and delivery and storage of large, bulky items.

• Space Management
  For information regarding the assignment of space on campus.

• Mail Services
  For information regarding the receiving, distributing, and posting of all departmental mail pieces processed through the US mail and private mail carriers.
