The Gender and Sexuality Resource Center Advisory Board shall meet at least two times per semester, or more frequently as deemed necessary by the director or the chair. The Advisory Board shall have the following responsibilities:
- To provide advice and input to the GSRC director and staff on planning, implementation, and operational aspects of the center;
- To assure that the overall planning and implementation is consistent with the expectations of the Office of the Provost and Division of Student Affairs;
- To advise on the coordination of the activities of the GSRC within the context of the university and the greater community;
- To respond to relevant campus and community incidents and issues that relate to the mission of the GSRC;
- To serve as ambassadors for the GSRC’s goals and objectives;
- To promote the activities of the GSRC;
- To review an annual report prepared by the director.
