What kind of financial aid is available from the Graduate School?

Your investment in and your commitment to your graduate education do not have to overwhelm you with a large financial burden. Assistance for your educational costs may be available from many different sources.

Merit-based Financial Aid

Approximately 35 percent of Marquette graduate students receive financial aid through the Graduate School in the form of assistantships, fellowships and/or scholarships. For more details go to: merit-based financial aid

Need-based Financial Aid

Federally funded (subsidized or unsubsidized Stafford) loans are handled by the Office of Student Financial Aid. For more details, go to the Office of Student Financial Aid's Web site.
