Your application was submitted via the ApplyYourself Online Application System. You should return to the ApplyYourself system (http://www.marquette.edu/grad/apply/) on a regular basis to check the status of your application. You will also receive your admission decision via the ApplyYourself web-based system.
In addition, the status of your application can be checked via the Marquette University CheckMarq system (http://checkmarq.marquette.edu. Note that there are is no www.) This will require use of your user ID and password that will be delivered to you shortly after you submit your application. If you have submitted your application and have not received your user ID and password, please contact the university Help Desk by phone (414-288-7799) or email (HelpDesk@marquette.edu). If contacting them by email, please identify yourself by full name and date of birth.
When you have logged on to the CheckMarq system, there will be a link called "Check My To Do List" under the "Reminder" heading. This is the place where any outstanding application requirements will be listed. If there is nothing in this link, or if the link should disappear, that would indicate that your application is complete, i.e., that all requirements have been received.
Once your file is complete, we usually need four- to six-weeks to make an admission decision and deliver that decision to you, although this timing can vary depending on the time of year. The decision will come via post-mail.
You are welcome to call the Graduate School at (414) 288-7137 if you have unique questions or concerns about your application Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. CST.
