Italian Renaissance Masters

Published in conjunction with Milwaukee's Fourth Annual International Festival of the Arts, this exhibition catalogue showcases the fifteenth and sixteenth-century art of Italy and makes a significant contribution to research by presenting original scholarship on Ridolfo Ghirlandaio and Giovanni Larciani. The catalogue has color illustrations of the 45 works in the exhibition, which includes numerous panel paintings depicting religious subjects along with portraiture commissioned by Florentine and Venetian aristocrats.
