Seeking Marquette Volunteeers for HD4 Conference

The Heartland-Delta IV Host Committee is seeking about 80 Marquette-affiliated volunteers to assist with the May 24-27, 2004 conference in a number of ways:

check-in table, registering participants
information table, helping to direct participants to events
information person at the residence halls
check out at the residence halls
ushering at a liturgy celebration
ushering at events in the ballrooms, reflections and speakers
hospitality at the Art Museum dessert reception
pre-conference stuffing of packets the week of May 17

If you are interested in serving as a volunteer for the conference, we ask that you attend one of the volunteer training sessions on either Tuesday, May 11, from 11 a.m. to noon or on Wednesday, May 12, from 1 to 2 p.m. in AMU 163.
