Physician Assistant Studies Program helps start Veterans Residency Program

Marquette University's Department of Physician Assistant Studies is partnering with the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee to offer a new Physician Assistant Primary Care Residency Program. This year-long program, which is one of six in the nation and one of only two in the Midwest, will start July 1 and provide advanced training in primary care with unique emphasis on providing specialized, patient-centered care to the veteran population. It's part of a three-year pilot funded by the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs.
