I will use respectful language and actions when talking about my partner, and when talking about sex and relationships in general. I will respect the boundaries of my partner and will expect my partner to respect me and my boundaries. I understand the importance of gaining meaningful consent before engaging in any sexual activity. I understand that if a person is intoxicated they cannot consent to sexual activity. I will stop conversations that promote a culture of sexual violence. I will help my friends, classmates, and family understand that regardless of what a person wears, how much they flirt, or if they choose to drink, they do not deserve to be sexually assaulted. I will intervene when I see potentially risky situations. I will have the courage to confront my peers when their judgment is impaired. If a friend, classmate or family member tells me they have been sexually assaulted, I will believe them. I will support survivors and help create a survivor supportive environment.
