
A: All current openings can be found at our online careers site at: http://careers.marquette.edu. You must apply online through the careers site, attaching a cover letter and/or resume if required. Please do not send cover letters or resumes to the Human Resources department.

A: You may attach an application to as many openings as you'd like. You simply need to view each position that you wish to apply for and then attach your application to the specific opening.
A: No. Applicants are required to apply through the Careers@Marquette website. This is the central point for all job vacancies.
A: The selection process can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months. The timeframe will vary based on a number of factors. Applicants who are selected for an interview will be contacted via phone and/or email. You can check the status of the positions that you applied to by logging into the Careers@Marquette website.
A: No. Applicants are required to use the Careers@Marquette system.
A: Applications cannot be edited once they have been submitted to a particular opening. However, edits can be made at any point before your application is completed.
A: You will receive a confirmation number at the very end of the application process. This number is your proof of receipt of application.
