Learning about Compensation
Whether you are a new manager or want to learn more about our compensation philosophy and guidelines, we can meet with you and your department. We also host learning sessions to help you have a basic understanding of how Marquette University administers compensation. We will cover the requirements for the positions to be classified as exempt or non-exempt, under the Fair Labor Standards Act, position evaluations, as well as the implications of noncompliance with the FLSA.
