Audio Visual Services
IMC’s audio visual services provides digital media equipment to support broadcast students in the Diederich College of Communication. Students enrolled in other communication classes are directed to the Wakerly Technology Training Center for their equipment needs. Marquette students who are not
enrolled in the Diederich College of Communication, and are in need of digital media equipment and/or support are directed to the Digital Media Studio at the Raynor Memorial Library.
FACULTY AND STAFF
AV Services provides equipment to university faculty and staff to enhance classroom activities and assignments. Equipment checkout and return is located in Johnston Hall, Room 219. Please be prepared to show your MU id card when checking out equipment. If you are designating a student to pick up equipment, please call the AV check out desk in advance with that student’s name. Students without prior authorization from faculty or staff will not be allowed to check out equipment.
We also offer audio and video recording of classroom presentations. Please register your request at least one week prior to the event
. When making the request, be prepared to provide details of the activity to be recorded, including:
- Date, time, location and purpose of the recording
- Nature of the activity: lecture, panel discussion, student presentation
- Distribution needs: DVD, VHS, media file
Please note: you can no longer schedule equipment or recordings on line. Please call the AV check out desk to confirm equipment availability. Requests for recordings should be made directly to:
