Audio Visual Services

IMC’s audiovisual services provides a wide variety of equipment to Marquette students, faculty and staff to enhance classroom activities and assignments. Equipment checkout and return is located in Johnston Hall, Room 209.

Reserve equipment.

Upon request, we will deliver requested equipment to on-campus locations. Please provide 48 hours' notice for a delivery request (Friday before noon for delivery the following Monday). Please note: Cameras and digital voice recorders must be picked up directly from the AV services office.

AV services also offers videotaping of classroom presentations. Requests for tapings should be made directly to the AV services manager. Requests must be made at least one week prior to the event. When making the request, please be prepared to provide details of the activity to be recorded, including:

• Date, time, location and purpose of the recording
• Nature of the activity: lecture, panel discussion, student presentation
• Distribution needs: DVD, VHS, media file

If we are not able to honor your request, we will give you the necessary instruction and proper equipment to tape the event. 

NOTE: To arrange for videotaping university special events and speakers, please contact the production services manager or go to the video documentation guidelines.
