Father Robert Wild to assume interim president role at Marquette
Retired Marquette University president Rev. Robert A. Wild, S.J., will return to campus as interim president next month, according to a letter Rev. Scott R. Pilarz, S.J., wrote to students, faculty and staff explaining his resignation from the top position last week.

Marquette president steps down from top position
Rev. Scott R. Pilarz, S.J., is resigning after two years as president of Marquette University. Father Pilarz informed the Board of Trustees of his decision during a meeting Thursday, Sept. 19.

University mourns the death of Father John Naus, beloved Marquette professor

Rev. John Naus, S.J., who devoted nearly 50 years of his life to Marquette University, died Sunday, Sept. 22. He was ordained a priest at the Church of the Gesu in 1955 and served the university in academic, administrative and ministerial capacities for nearly five decades.

Children's Hospital and Marquette College of Nursing to open two clinics

Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and Marquette University's College of Nursing will open two new community clinics in Milwaukee during the next few weeks. Both clinics will serve patients of all ages and will be staffed by nurse practitioners from Marquette's College of Nursing.

Robert Bishop, Opus Dean of the College of Engineering, discussed the benefits of the recently announced, multidisciplinary curriculum being developed by Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design and Marquette University's College of Engineering.
