Information for delegates

Marquette is grateful for all delegates who will serve as designated representatives of their institutions and organizations at the Inauguration of Scott R. Pilarz, S.J.

If you have not already registered using the response card mailed to your institution, you may register now as a delegate. After you submit your registration, more information will be sent to you.

Reporting for the ceremony

The ceremony will take place at the Al McGuire Center on the Marquette campus. Delegates and ceremony participants should arrive at 9 a.m. with academic apparel and report to the robing room on the lower level. Ushers will help direct you to the appropriate room. Procession line up will begin at 9:45 a.m. in order to begin promptly at 10 a.m.

Shuttle service

Delegates and ceremony participants staying in hotel blocks listed in the invitation will be provided with complimentary shuttle service to and from campus. Plan to take the 8:30 a.m. shuttle to report by 9 a.m. Please refer to the Shuttle Card in the welcome packet at your hotel for more information.

Parking

Parking for delegates is available in Lot F on the Marquette campus, which is entered off 12th Street, directly across from the Al McGuire Center.

Join our Luncheon Celebration

All delegates and ceremony participants are invited to the Luncheon Celebration immediately following the ceremony at the Alumni Memorial Union and Westowne Square. Music, food, and campus tours will round out this memorable day. If you have not already responded, please do so as soon as possible to universityspecialevents@marquette.edu.
