Disclaimer: These instructions are used when you want to forward your Marquette e-mail to a different e-mail provider. Please note that IT Services cannot guarantee delivery or fidelity of attachments when your e-mail is sent to another service provider.

To set email forwarding

It is only possible to forward all mail to an email address that is in your Contacts, so add a contact with the desired destination email before setting up email forwarding for all mail.

Click Settings > Options (top right.)


Click organize email, down arrow, create a new fule for arriving messages...

Click the arrow under *When the message arrives > Apply to all messages

 

Search for the contact. Double-click the name. Click OK.

Click the arrow under *When the message arrives > Apply to all messages.

To remove email Forwarding

Click Settings > Options (top right.)


Click organize email, down arrow, create a new fule for arriving messages...

Click to select the message > the delete icon.
