
What is the Adobe Contractual Licensing Program (CLP)?
This program allows the university to take advantage of volume discount prices on Adobe software. The program also makes it easier to acquire licenses for Adobe products on an ongoing basis.
The Adobe CLP program is only for university office and departmental purchases. It not open to personal purchases by students, faculty, administrators or staff — although departments and offices can purchase products for employees' home computers.

What products are included and what do they cost?
All Adobe products qualify under this agreement including popular products such as Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Contribute, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

How do I order Adobe software?
To obtain the Adobe Contractual Licensing Program discount when ordering Adobe software:
- Please complete the Internal Order Form and e-mail the form to the address identified on the form.
- The Purchasing Department will process the order form and forward the install request to the IT Services Help Desk.
- IT Services will then contact you to set up an appointment to install the software. NOTE: Per our agreement with Adobe, the price of the product does not include the media discs or any manuals.
Can I purchase software for home use?
If you purchase Adobe software for your office computer, you may install a copy of such product for work-related use on either your home or portable computer. Your office computer must be your primary computer at the university.
