ACCESSING ONEDRIVE FOR BUSINESS

  1. Go to https://portal.office.com
  2. Look for the green padlock and "Microsoft Corporation" label in the web browser address bar, signifying this is a valid and secure site, run by Marquette's partner, Microsoft.

  3. Enter your email address:
    • If this is the first time you are logging into sharepoint.com from this device:

      • Enter YOUR MARQUETTE.EDU EMAIL ADDRESS, not your username. Enter your email address in the form of

        firstname.lastname@marquette.edu
      • Then, click or tap in the Password field.

        Enter you Marquette email where it says Email or Phone
    • If you have previously logged into https://portal.office.com
        • Your Marquette email will show.
        • Click or tap on your email address.

      If your Marquette email shows, click it to continue.

  4. Enter your password in the Marquette sign-in window (shown below) and click or tap Sign in.

    Enter your Marqnet password.
  5. When the Office 365 home page appears, click OneDrive.
  6. Your OneDrive for Business Documents page opens. Navigate to the files you need.

ADDING A FILE WITH THE UPLOAD BUTTON

  1. Follow the access instructions above. From the OneDrive for Business Documents page, click to navigate to a folder you want to upload to, if needed.

  2. Click or tap Upload from the horizontal action icons bar > Files or > Folder.
