For Faculty and Staff:

Microsoft offers a Windows desktop program called "OneDrive for Business for Windows." A feature of this program is to automatically sync between the "My Documents" folder on a Windows computer and OneDrive for Business file storage.

Faculty and staff with university-owned Windows computers already have an automated backup of "My Documents" to campus file servers. Because of this campus backup, the automated sync feature of "OneDrive for Business for Windows" will not function for "My Documents" on university-owned computers.
