While qualifying students may subscribe to the Digital PCS program, TalkTracker offers a prepaid service plan for students who do not want or need year-round service and/or who may not be able to meet U.S. Cellular's credit requirements. The prepaid plan is also available to faculty and staff. See coverage map.
You decide how much to spend. With TalkTracker you decide how much you put into your account, any amount your budget allows. You're then issued your own account card that services as your I.D. when you add money to your account.Anyone can purchase pre-pay service. No credit check is required, no contract to sign, and you can pay the way you want: cash, credit card, money order or cashier's check. You never get a bill.
Helps you control your cellular spending. Your account balance automatically adjusts every time you use your phone. You can check your balance by dialing a simple three digit code from your cellular phone. You even get a message when your account reaches a pre-determined level.
You can add to your account. At any time you can go to your nearest replenishment location and add money to your TalkTracker phone. The closest U.S. Cellular location to the Marquette campus is 740 North Water Street (Tel: 414-291-3140 - Fax: 414-798-4701). With convenient Autofill and Balancefill plans, replenishment can also be done automatically -- each month a set amount will be charged towards your credit card.**
