Connectivity problems

If you cannot access Marquette's web site, first check to see if you can access other internet sites, such as http://www.yahoo.com or http://www.cnn.com/. If you are also unable to access such sites, contact your Internet Service Provider for help.

If you can access external sites but are unable to access Marquette's restricted resources, then:

Verify that you have correctly logged into Marquette VPN and that the Marquette VPN client is currently running on your computer.
Make sure that the username and password you typed are correct. Remember that your username and password are case sensitive.
