PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE
The primary goal of the Project Managment Office (PMO) is to continuously improve Marquette’s ability to deliver technology solutions within budget and on schedule, to support the university’s mission. The PMO leads IT related projects across campus, following a methodology based on the Project Management Institute's PMBOK (Project Management Book of Knowledge).
