Marquette University is updating printers on campus. New Canon printers will replace all PrintWise printers before the start of the Fall 2008 semester. This will offer users more options in terms of functionality and payment.
The new equipment will come equipped with “on board” functionality that will allow the user to work with the attached touchpad instead of the external touchpad which has traditionally been used.

- The ability to Print and Copy single-sided (simplex) and double-sided (duplex) at different costs per page
Printing and Copying Costs
- An individual associated with a departmental account will be able to choose between charging the print or copy job to either the department account or their individual funds.
- PrintWise allotment will be used for Prints and Copies.
- MU Cash will be used for Prints and Copies if PrintWise allotment runs out.
Price Guide for Copying and Printing
Prints and Copies will default to single-sided printing (simplex) but users have the ability to chose double-sided (duplex).
