When can I use the upgraded CheckMarq system?
The upgraded CheckMarq system will be available in late July. An e-mail message will be sent to all employees and students when the upgraded system is available. In the meantime, log in to CheckMarq and read NewsBriefs for updates.
Will my grade rosters from previous terms be available in the new CheckMarq?
Yes, all of your grade rosters from the current version of CheckMarq will be available in the upgraded version of CheckMarq.
Will my username and password change?
No. Your username and password will not change.
Summer Session 3 ends Saturday, July 26. How and when will I enter grades?
Grades for summer session 3 will be due Wednesday, July 30 at noon in the upgraded version of CheckMarq. If that date changes for any reason, the Office of the Registrar will be certain to notify you via e-mail.
How different is the upgraded CheckMarq?
The upgraded CheckMarq may look different at first; however, the end result is the same. Class rosters will now have faculty name, section number, classroom and meeting pattern on them. The grading process will be exactly the same as it is in the current version of CheckMarq.
Will CheckMarq be unavailable at any time during the upgrade?
Yes. CheckMarq will not be available July 23 – 28. These dates are subject to change.
