360 degree camera view 360 degree camera is a portable device that when combined with Live Meeting provides a complete video experience. For example, for a conference room with several participants who are participating in a Live Meeting session, it captures not only the active speaker but also provides a panorama of the conference room.
Attendant console A call management application that helps administrative assistants, receptionists, and front-line business professionals handle and manage large numbers of simultaneous calls. Users manage multiple calls and calls on behalf of others, use a contact list and monitor the availability of other users. Transfer calls, take notes and initiate conference calls.
Audio conferencing bridge Audio conferencing bridge creates a conference call for participants inside and outside Marquette. Set up a conference invitation in Outlook and participants receive information about the scheduled time, a phone number to dial, the conference ID and a password. Bluetooth headset Bluetooth headset is a wireless device for Microsoft® Office Communicator 2007 users, enabling users to make or receive calls on their PCs without speakerphones. They are able to quickly switch calls between the PC and headset offering the user more mobility. Call center The call center interfaces provide methods that queue and distribute calls within a call center.

Conferencing Start a conference call in Communicator by simply selecting multiple contacts from the Global Address List, your Outlook Contacts, or enter a phone number. Delegates Team members are designated to answer, route, or make calls for managers. The team-member delegates use Communications Server 2007 R2 Attendant to perform their delegate tasks. There are two participants in Windows Desktop Sharing: the sharer and the viewer. When an attendee connects to a session, the client sends a ticket and a password. These two pieces of information are used to authenticate an attendee. Office Communicator 2007 R2 A unified communications application that helps end users be more productive by enabling them to communicate and collaborate easily with others in different locations or time zones using a range of different communication options, including presence information, instant messaging (IM), voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), desktop sharing and video. Integration with programs across the Microsoft Office system — including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and SharePoint — gives end users many different ways to communicate directly from the context of their task.
