History: St. Patrick Church has been a predominantly non-Native American parish, which is now part of a three-parish cluster. St. Pat’s has had some Fox [Mesquakie] Indian parishioners, 1970s-present.

Holdings of Catholic records about Native Americans: Sacramental records (e.g. baptisms, marriages, burials) for Fox Indian parishioners.

Unless noted otherwise, the records identified in this repository entry are held by that repository and not Marquette University Archives. However, Marquette’s holdings, e.g. Bureau of Catholic Indian Missions Records, include related records about the Native and Catholic groups and places described in this entry.
