History: Holy Family Church, Sanborn, Niagara County, New York, has been a predominantly Native American (Tuscarora) parish near the Tuscarora Reservation and in the Diocese of Buffalo (Archives: Buffalo, New York).

1953-present

Barnabites (Archives: Youngstown, New York) founded and have administered Holy Family Church (Tuscarora, Cayuga, Algonquin), Sanborn/ Lewiston, Tuscarora Reservation in the Diocese of Buffalo. It grew to attract Native American parishioners from adjacent Erie and Niagara Counties as well.

1990s-present

A Sister of St. Mary of Namur (Eastern Province) (Archives: Buffalo, New York) has served as parish administrative assistant

2010s-present

A permanent deacon (Tuscarora) has ministered to the parish and reservation
