Silmarillion, and Unfinished Tales. Elves, hobbits, and men are included in
this work as groups of peoples, as are many other beings native to Middle-earth. All are
cross-referenced under various appellations (e.g. under MEN OF EOTHED are listed
Horsemen of Eothed, Horsemen of the North, Men of Rhovanion, Riders, etc.). Where
neccessary, a brief definition, translation from the Evilish, or description of the group
is given. Each entry is followed by the specific Tolkien book(s) and /or reference book(s)
