Film appears to have been produced under the auspices of the Board of Approved Basketball Officials, the Eastern Inter-Collegiate Basketball Officials Association, the Metropolitan Basketball Writer's Association with the cooperation of Ned Irish of Madison Square Garden, Nat Holman, and Clair F. Bee.
