J. William Diederich (2005)

In 2005 J. William and Mary Diederich ('51) announced a gift of $28 million to Marquette University, the largest private donation in Marquette history.   The gift is being used to transform the College of Communication - now named in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Diederich - establishing endowments for scholarships, professorships, research, guest speakers, and capital improvements.
