Ulrich's Periodicals Directory is not a subject index to articles in journals.  It is a directory of periodicals by title with information regarding their cost, where they are indexed, where they are published, etc.

For a list of a print and electronic subject indexes in specific disciplines (religion, philosophy, history, etc.) please go to Journal Articles, Databases, and other E-resources or consult a librarian.
