Red Chili, Azee' dích'íi'

1 cup red chili pods

2-3 cups water

Chili pods are better to use than chili powder because they are more flavorful.

  1. Remove the stems and seeds from pods.
  2. Roast in oven at 325 degrees for about two minutes.
  3. Wash chilies.
  4. Place in blender with water and blend to a paste consistency
