1 cup red chili pods
2-3 cups water
Chili pods are better to use than chili powder because they are more flavorful.
- Remove the stems and seeds from pods.
- Roast in oven at 325 degrees for about two minutes.
- Wash chilies.
- Place in blender with water and blend to a paste consistency
