September 2015—Foundations in Wisconsin 2015 Directory Now Available
The 2015 Foundations in Wisconsin directory is now available from Raynor Memorial Libraries. This 34th edition of the directory provides grant seekers up-to-date, authoritative
information on more than 1,250 private, corporate, and community philanthropies registered in the state of Wisconsin.
Each entry in this new edition has been updated or reviewed to provide the most current information available, and 58 new foundations have been added. Looked at in total, these
foundations paid out nearly $580 million in grants during the past year, representing a 5% increase over the previous year and the highest total on record.
The Foundations in Wisconsin directory is available in a searchable online free of charge to the Marquette community. For others, it is available for purchase in either online
or print format.
The directory is produced annually by Raynor Memorial Libraries’ Funding Information Center, located on the first floor of Raynor Library. The only one of its kind in Wisconsin,
the center provides valuable information and assistance to grant seekers at Marquette and across the state. Individuals interested in getting started with the Funding Information
Center collection and the grants process are invited to attend orientation sessions scheduled for October 15 and 28.
For more information about Foundations in Wisconsin or the Funding Information Center, see the center’s web site,
