Use these forms for online communication with the library.
Please note the restrictions for some of the forms.

  Faculty authorizations for research assistants.
  
  
• Storage Request
  Use this form to request items be retrieved from storage (MARQCAT Location = Storage). Materials will be retrieved and can be picked up at the Raynor Circulation Desk.

  Make an appointment with a Reference librarian to discuss your research and information needs.

  Available to Marquette faculty.
  
  
• In Process Request
  Rush processing or Personal Reserve for unprocessed materials in MARQCAT.  Available for books and videos that have been ordered but not yet catalogued.  This is not intended as a title recall or order service.
  
  
• Electronic Resource Request (PDF)
  Faculty E-resource request form.  The form must be approved by a Faculty Library representative.
  
  
• MARS -- Marquette Acquisitions Request Service
  Available to faculty library representatives registered with the Acquisitions Department for requesting a book or video purchase.
  
  
• Suggest a book or video for purchase.  This form is limited to on-campus IP addresses or to those off-campus using the VPN.  Faculty should submit requests via their departmental Library Representative.  Faculty library representatives should use the MARS link above.
  
  
• Request a New Serial Subscription or Standing Order
  Faculty may use this form to suggest the addition of journals (serials) to the Library collection.
  
  
• Suggest a Search Engine or Specialty Engine
  Do you have a favorite search engine or discipline related search engine that is not on our list? If so, use this form to tell us about it.
  
  
• Tables, posters, flyers, etc: For information on reservable spaces and tables in the Libraries; for information on posters and posting flyers.
  
  
• Make a suggestion
  Praise us, complain to us, or suggest an improvement.  We will try to respond to signed suggestions.
