Raynor Memorial Libraries offers more than 1.8 million volumes, hundreds of research databases, computer access, laptops on loan, a multimedia
collection, group study spaces, 24-hour access and library staff members who help researchers from around the world.
Research Carrels for faculty and graduate
students are available. For more research carrel policies and a downloadable application form click on the links or contact Raynor Circulation Services at
Center for Teaching & Learning Seminar Room (R320A) and Classroom (R320H). For
reservations and equipment support contact Nicholas La Joie at 288-8808.
Classrooms in Raynor Library (R227, 20 seat and R245, 30 seat) may be reserved for occasional, one-time use when not reserved for library
programming; please use the classroom request form.
Glass display cases are primarily reserved for promotion of library collections and services; inquiries should go to the Coordinator of
Marketing and Outreach, 288-7068.
Group study rooms Some or most study rooms in the lower level of Raynor are first-come, first-serve for groups of 3 or more. Reservations for
reservable study rooms on LL, 1st, and 2nd levels of Raynor may be placed by using the online
Prucha Archives Reading Room (3rd floor) and Archives Seminar Room (360A), contact Susan Stawicki at 288-7256.
Student postings: organizations wishing to publicize their activities may place flyers and announcements on the
bulletin boards in the Raynor entrance to the Bridge (2nd level). The contents of these bulletin boards are cleared of past events weekly. In accordance
with university posting policies, postings must be approved by Student
Development, AMU Room 121. Student groups may also request permission to place a poster on easel (one week max.) in the Bridge through the associate dean
of libraries, Jean Zanoni in the dean's office (Raynor 3rd floor) or (414) 288-7214. Easels are
also available in the dean's office. A table may also be reserved for up to two days on the Bridge through Raynor's conference center; more information here.
Table tents for Brew @ the Bridge Tables for informational tent placement may be reserved through Conference Center Services. Contact
Calvin Jemison at 288-6785 to make a reservation.
Tables may be reserved for the use of student organizations; placement on the Bridge will be arranged through the Conference Center, 288-6785.
