A book review describes and evaluates a book.  Reviews may appear in newspapers, magazines, or scholarly journals, usually in the weeks or months following publication.  When looking for a review it is helpful to have the author's name, the book's title, and the year of first publication.  This guide will help with older books, as well as new publications.  If you cannot find a review using these suggestions, please consult with the Information Desk via AskUs! services.
